Alright, time to talk about the current status of COTV and its future. So far cotv progress has been pretty good, much of phase 1 is being reworked into a more original phase with some cool new features. however, scratch/turbowarp is not a very good game engine. It takes up a lot of space, it has many limits, and it's pretty slow. Now normally scratch/turbowarp can take the games people make because they aren't that big, cotv, on the other hand, is getting to be very large. My laptop is slowly starting to slow down when running it and by the time phase 2 is either completely finished or halfway finished, I will have to start coding on my gaming PC which will slow down coding a lot because I code most of the time on my laptop. I am starting to question if I can even finish the game. If I can't the scratch version will be canceled. I will then learn another coding language and recreate cotv. Well, that's all I wanted to share, Phase 1 progress vid coming soon.
