But still, I put a lot of effort to this track, making several iterations of it and test them all over again, until I found one that sounds "good" to the ear.
The second part of the track is the hardest to make, as the countermelody should be somewhat audible to the ear while the main melody plays prominently, as in Strawberry Crisis!! (the original track which this track is a cover of) or Battle Against a True Hero (a track which melody pattern from the first to second part somewhat resembles Strawberry Crisis!!), or an amalgamate of both tracks.
But now I manage to make this sounds "nice", taking inspirations from the original Strawberry Crisis!!'s second part's countermelody mixing with Battle Against a True Hero's second part's countermelody. And the result is pretty satisfying to me.
TBH, the PC-98 instrument swatch is pretty harder to work with than the Windows Touhou instrument swatch or any other VGM instrument swatch, due to their 16-bit sounds are pretty primitive compared to the other VGM instruments such as those used in SNES or Mega Drive games, as well as the available banks in this soundfont is way less than the Windows Touhou soundfont, the Arachno soundfont or the Roland SC-88 soundfont, with only one bank for instruments and the other for percussion, with only one drum set in the "percussion" bank. While this soundfont is useful in making retro-sounding tracks in the style of Touhou PC-98 games, using it improperly can make your tracks sound bad, so extensive research and experimenting in how to config the instruments in the soundfont for your track is neccessary. A good example on how I tried to make the soundfont sounds good in my tracks can be found in my PC-98-styled cover of ASGORE, which I will upload later.
Anyway, enjoy the track!
