the composition took me a while but I got great help from an artist discord server Iām in! They helped a lot 
me when i stack a bunch of planes and make them follow the camera
and add a material
and add a funny image of my face tinted blue as a texture
and use the texture coordinates of a plane i placed
and i use the mix shader node with transparency
