Here's a mysterious bug that's persisted for years. Gotta figure out what tells the Tsunami particle effect to bounce off enemies like that. And why it only happens SOMETIMES. 🌊

(No other special move particle effect has this quirk.)

Putting your opponent to sleep is a dirty trick, but an effective one.🥱😴
