The FNAF 1 endos do not make sense


I have been thinking Abt this for awhile but why does the Endo mouth move the jaw like it makes no sense. Why is there a upper jaw and the bottom Endo jaw doesn't connect to the suits jaw. I will make a drawing on what I'm trying to say later.
