Hey everyone! I hope y'all are doing great.
Today is UTY's first year anniversary, and what better way to celebrate it than to talk about the future for Shades of Justice!
So... What's next?
Well, to be honest, I wasn't really sure what to do after we released the mod back then. I felt like I did my piece, I was satisfied with the mod and didn't feel the need to keep going.
However, the response for it has been more than overwhelming. With over 3 THOUSAND downloads, 400 followers, and all the love I've seen in social media and everywhere, we've decided that the mod will be continued!
But, what could be even added at this point? Well, lots of fun stuff! Including:
Content for other routes, not only Pacifist
A Starlo follower section and hangout
Same goes for Axis too
Improvements to the already existing content. More follower moments like the Harmonica section and additions to the already existing hangouts
And much more!
To make all of this possible, I've started to expand the team a bit, which leads me to...
Music Composer Wanted!
That's right! We're looking for a Music Composer to help make original songs for the mod! If you played it, you might've noticed that most of the "new" songs are just, uh, from other places. So, that has to change!
If you have experience in composing songs in the Undertale/Undertale Yellow style, feel free to DM me in my social media and show me examples of your work! (Twitter | Bluesky)
Keep in mind, this is a small scale project and the amount of new songs will not be that many.
Thank you all so much!
It's hard to believe that UTY came out a year ago. It's also even harder to believe I'm even developing a mod for it in the first place! I'm really thankful for the devs for making such an amazing game and everyone who helped out making the mod.
I know I've said it again, but thank you all so so much. The amount of love and support we've gotten is insane. We hope that the next update makes this mod even better so more people can see and remember why Undertale Yellow is such a great game.
