The Future

Hey guys, long time no see. Unfortunately, I’m not here with good news.

Recently, I upgraded my computer and reinstalled windows. I made backups of everything, but one of my many flash drives corrupted and I lost quite a few files. One of which being the project files and code for Apocalypse Simulator.

Since continuing this game would mean me recreating all the code from scratch and recreating many of the assets… The game is shelved for now. I’m not going to set it as “Cancelled” simply because I just might choose to remake it in the future, but if I’m being perfectly honest, that isn’t terribly likely.

Regardless, I wanna thank you guys for the support during the jam and after and for your interest in the game. I hope you’ll stick around for my other projects in the future.

Did you know that today is #InternationalJazzDay? 🎷😎

No? 😯 Well, we couldn't pass up this date!

And what better to celebrate this day than #Pecaminosa #OST? 🎷

Let us know what you think about it and have a great weekend!

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
