The Future of Bubble Ghost

Hey, everyone!

Thanks for playing Bubble Ghost! The game in its current state is the result of an excercise to practice developing and uploading HTML games. It’s a little basic at the moment. I’m still learning as a developer, though, and I will continue to use Bubble Ghost as a guinea pig. This means that the game will continue to evolve as I learn new things.

Eventually, Bubble Ghost will have new backgrounds, music, GameJolt-integrated high scores, probably some power-ups, a better main menu, and perhaps other things I haven’t thought of yet. If you like the game how it is now, make sure to keep an eye on it, as it will only get better as I work on it.

Thanks again, everyone who’s played! You’re cool.

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
