The whole thing was built up and the whole thing pays off. Its a fun read involving characters and storylines and typing up all loose ends so far in the series. I had the ending planned since the very first episode (Miles vision depicts it) and there was no recons other than 2 I remember (having a sister location themed episode which I decided wouldn't fit before I even episode 3 was finished so I added the Funtime animatronics to that episode which worked out better).
The same can not be said for the other 2 season endings. I still think they are good but for Twisted Crisis theres less of a feel of a build up because there (i always imagined a multiverse adventure since the start but it would have had a very different ending involving Captain Man getting into conflict with Kelo) were some ideas scrapped and I wanted to introduced Vanessa and add a Help Wanted and Fnaf AR story arc to build up to season 3 but I scrapped it.
Then there is the final episode of the series which does not try to finish anything built up in the season at all. Instead just killing off the characters so I dont have to deal with it. I may talk about what didn't make it into season 3 one day because it is a lot.
in conclusion I think Season 1 did the best as a complete package
