also yes, this means that ALL OF THE FNAS 1 CHARACTERS ARE FULLY CODED!

Oh yeah, one last thing I should mention regarding the mandates!

This character is NOT Sonny. I know they look alike, but he was never intended to be Sonny.

He's just a small Clone Sonic I drew that ended up becoming somewhat of a mascot.
