If you noticed in other drawings and the pixel art, The armor and the tunic's Delta Rune is only in battle. 
It's to intentionally make everyone keep their guards down around him.
Anyway, I really hope you all have been enjoying him so far. I know I've been obsessing a bit. lol 
Despite knowing this will probably never get an actual playable battle, I love working on Lucians many iterations. It's my first huge project in a long time.
