This is weird I know. I basically made my own take on the old classic, the Tortoise and the Hare.
The Tortoise being an old veteran, working for the city authorities. The Hare, a vicious Mafia Boss.
It's a weird idea, but I was bored and wanted to draw something, and I'm pretty happy with the result
