anyway hello everyone it's yours truly the stupid ass bun back again with another wall of text this time on faf.

i've been hyped for this game ever since the revival got announced all the way back in 2022 and now it's finally here was it worth the wait? we'll just have to wait and see.... let's just pray to god we won't be forgotten at fredbear's

here's our beautiful menu with a nice outside shot of the diner

anyway we start up a new game and here's our office!

we get a call by the games phone guys yes you heard me right GUYS introducing joe a and joe m they give some info about fredbear's like it opening back in 79 and all that good stuff but recently things have gone bad...

with henrys daughter going missing henry completely lost it and locked himself away

oh and afton he's an uh..... interesting fellow to say the least henry actually thinks HE'S the one guarding the diner but enough about that let's talk about the threats first of all spring bonnie

good old bonnie over here will try to make his way to your office and that's bad VERY bad so whenever you see him pop up go to the door and do this little timing minigame by hitting space at the right time

now the other threat active the puppet

she works like springtrap yeah no need to explain it you already know how springtrap works the only difference is that the speakers can run out of juice just like casa but it's not as annoying

and yeah that was all for night 1 overall a pretty promising start i love how unique bonnies mechanic is i've never quite seen anything like it before none that i can think of at least anyway onto the post shift

welcome to the vents

uh oh it looks like the vents are broken and a few things are crawling around in them too

do the 4 tasks in each of the vents and you're good to go have a nice day

there are 2 threats active right now the first one being bb

you can see bb moving around in the vents using the radar whenever he's super close use the flash light on him to make him leave

now onto the other threat the mangle

the mangle will only appear in one of the vents that being the one with the shutter whenever you see it there just close the shutter till it leaves

and yeah that was post shift 1 overall REALLY good having actually good post shifts is always very nice oh and you better say your good byes to the mangle cause after this it NEVER shows up again or is mentioned at all rip the mangle 1979-1983

before night 2 starts we get a cutscene of henry tampering with fredbear

anyway on night 2 the joes call us again talking about how bb is joining in on the fun he still has a thing for the vents and is gonna use them to get into the office so whenever you see him open either of the vents click on him to send him back

oh right henry is still missing which is obviously really bad especially with freddy's about to open up but whatever just keep calm and you'll live

and uh yaeh that was night 2 bb is a pretty simple character but his animations are really well made so he gets the bun seal of approval
onto the second post shift where we have to fix the man himself fredbear

first pick up his big ugly head then remove his eyes

now pick up two spare eyes and put them back on there his heads fixed now onto his torso

you have to play a fucking among us minigame which like okay lol

and finally the last task a quick diagnostic

just make sure to stop whenever he starts moving

and uh yeah.....

so uh yep that was the post shift minigame it reminded me a lot of frankburts repair section in winter wonderland which is a good thing cause i love that part though gameplay wise it was a bit worse than the previous one but still good stuff onto night 3s minigame

evan is talking with his fredbear plush

they start talking about charlie's death and how much of a horrible monster william is eventually william himself comes to evans room acting like nothing has happened

onto night 3

the joes talk about the new threat active this night that being funtime foxy

foxy doesn't move around like the others instead he'll try to escape from his cove whenever he does that simply close his curtains

joe a starts rambling about henry wanting to use the animatronics remotely as like experiments or something this causes joe m to get mad and yell but joe a keeps talking and m get's even madder eventually ending the call

well sounds like someone's got anger issues anyway this night is good too this is around the time you have to use the other speakers to deal with the puppet so uh that's cool i guess, more camera usage is always nice

anyway onto the post shift

you have this big stinky shelf and you have to put a bunch of random bullshit in it but uh oh fredbear and bonnie are active but thankfully they're both easy to deal with

for springbonnie you just shine the light at him and for fredbear you turn off the lights and stand still

eventually the shelf gets full and you're free to go
that was uh gonna be fr my least favorite part of the game not because it was bad but it just felt kinda boring compared to everything else onto night 4s cutscene

william is talking to someone about wanting to get rid off joe a

william genuinely tries to be nice with evan but it doesn't really work out evans still scared shitless onto night 4

only joe m calls us tonight looks like we won't be hearing from joe a any time soon anyway tonight the final main night character becomes active that being the man himself fredbear

fredbear is super simple to deal with whenever he shows up just stare at him don't move at all just stare right into his eyes and he'll leave

and uh..... yeah that's all for tonight let's just move onto the post night

joe a calls us one final time asking us to have a little interview with the puppet but as always there are threats after us first the puppet herself if she starts moving around play music to calm her down the other threat is funtime foxy

he'll be in the prize corner with you whenever you see him tweaking out use the springlock override thing to make him stop

onto night 5

there is no cutscene no phone call no nothing just you and the animatronics you already know how they work so time to give my thoughts on the gameplay and it's...... very solid! it's unsurprisingly very well made the gameplay loop while simple is super fun and never feels even slightly bullshit and that's awesome i like that a lot

but enough about that it's time for the big boy post shift it's time to go inside the basement

these machines were meant to be the future william the start of something new freddy fazbear's pizza a place where kids could laugh again a place where we both could've made something good....

welcome to the finale

you have one task shut off all the animatronics starting with the man himself freddy fazbear

for him you have to pull down a lever

if he ever tries attacking just stare at him

onto bonnie

for bonnies task you have to cut wires

if bonnie shows up at any time hold the light at him

now onto chica

for chicas task you have to push these buttons as they light up

if she's at the door close it now onto the last one foxy the pirate

for foxy you have to pull a hand crank

every now and then check up on foxy and close his curtains

now with everyone dealt with you have to go and put in special codes into the computer to turn off the animatronics after you do that it'll finally end..... or does it?

even though we tried our best to survive william still gets the upper hand and kills john

rip john we will forever miss you pookie bear

now time for the final minigame evans birthday party the usual stuff is happening mike is being a dick william is wearing springbonnie all that good stuff till suddenly henry shows up

william and henry go to the backroom to talk about everything

william just dumps everything onto henry about why he did the things he did william was empty alone it seamed like the world was completely against him his wife left his daughter died mike hated him and evan feared him but henry? he had it all.... everything he could ever ask for so william took that joy away from him

meanwhile the big bite is about to happen so william quickly tries to go save evan but henry ain't having none of that and activates the springlocks causing william to die

HOLY SHIT what a finale

and yeah that was forgotten at fredbears overall a REALLY good fucking game i've haven't had this much playing a fnaf game since god knows when i fucking love everything about this game the graphics the character designs the gameplay the story the ost everything i adore it so much

this might sound like i'm glazing too much but fuck it

this game gets the rare and i mean RARE illusive 10/10 from yours truly PLEASE do yourself a favor and play this game
