Hello my dear terrorists, I created this theory this morning because I had nothing to do.

Today I looked out the window and saw that it was a sunny day

And I started connecting the dots

Bill said he would come back on a sunny day and today is a sunny day in Portugal and today also floor 2 comes out

This means that the bill was clearly appearing from floor 2
