ok so let me explain why this isn't a shadow pokemon like i promised (sorry 2 people that voted that i am letting down i will do a shadow lengendary tomorrow) so i had a idea when i was making the shadow pokemon that would make my life WAY easier and that was in the storylines case you find the regis causing chaos and battle them but you can't catch them because of "some strange power" and once you reach regigigas the other regis appear and fuse together to make the one the only REGIELMENTAL (that you can catch and unfuse)
