because I noticed that some fan games just try to be good at everything and have a so-called professional look.
I'm not saying you shouldn't have that, sometimes having fan games like that is actually really cool!
But I would like to see fan games that go further, that are not afraid to play with ultra-specific or bizarre visual craziness, gameplay that doesn’t make sense on the surface but works when you play, and a story proposal that is really different, darker, grittier, or just more unique.
I know that fan games with a unique idea will always exist (it's just really cool!)
But I would like to know your opinion on this; you have the right not to agree with me! Having a different and, above all, honest opinion is important.
