This week I conceptualised a power system called "Ascensions", ascensions will be more situational abilities for the player's main weapon. Some can level up over time while others will require different "Sin" levels to use.

Next up

This week I finished an enemy model and friend of mine has started working on the game as a composer for the soundtrack. I plan to have the ascension system functional for next week's devlog.

Quad Cubed 2 has now been officially changed to "The Red Throne" go check it out!

The project finally has a new name, "The Red Throne". I also plan to post these devlogs every week from now on.

I don't have much to show for this week but I have been working on a melee combat system.

I apologise for the immediate and rather long hiatus but soon the game will no longer be Quad Cubed 2 and will instead star a new skeletal protagonist. Stay tuned for more soon.

Just finished the dialogue system this week.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
