Time for the third piece of the poll being Mirei Mikagura from the Digimon World series. More commonly known in Cyber Sleuth, she was a lot of fun to draw. Not as risqué as the others from the poll, but still enjoyed doing this one.

I did it, I made a wallpaper pack for this image. And, it's available in the Shop for purchase with different retro-styles. There are scanlines and CRT filters to keep make your desktop look retro with pixel art.
Wanted to make something small for this month, and this is what I came up with. Only used 16 colors for this piece, and only 20 frames. Really love the "Rain" palette that is on dotpict. Not made in dotpict, though, but hope you enjoy it, either way.
