Make sure you have
Downloaded the correct version for your OS.
If you are using MacOS you have extracted the game from the zip file you have downloaded. If you still have issues follow this tutorial by VelociDrone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9TtoOJjGpU
If you are on Windows you have kept the original exe file in the original folder you installed.
Have the game folder in a directory that allows the game to create files.
Report any other issues you encounter in the Support channel.
