decided to experiment with theme stuff (for the panel layout i just did a mashup kinda (microslop (mario)piss11(ng) x gnome))

hey atleast image-based parallax works (decided not to use tile-based parallax cuz this time im being careful about performance (rc2 was unintentionally very laggy))
