Implemented TSRKT Waste Disposal System.
Notifying all staff to mind their footing if they don't wish to end up there.
(Warning: Some units have reported repeated use. Pattern noted. Patterns denied.)

Anomalous Events Protocol Expanded:

Cosmos Event.
Local space-time may briefly collapse into starlight and tone. Disregard the melody.
CCTV Spectral Feedback Loop introduced.
Temporary surveillance anomalies may present inconsistencies between perceived and recorded realities. Avoid contact at any cost.
Runic Convergence Distortion.
Lighting system may temporarily deactivate to accommodate soul-dispersal experiments. Step lightly.

Environment Discovery Expanded:

Medieval Variance.
