So... that was quick. I was able to implement real time cameras into the game. The next boss fight for this game is going to be making the characters move and work. I am currently writing equations for how they work. This is going to take awhile. :(
So the Office panning, camera toggle, and the buttons mostly work. The next thing I'm going to do is to get the first two characters to actually work. And I will also try to make the door closable and add ambient audio. Things are coming along great!
Beta testing went well and progress went well. I am trying to aim for an early 2027 release date. I am unsure if I should release a demo or just release it in full. I hope the Fnaf community likes the game and its story when it comes out.
JOLLY ANNIVERSARY EDITION POSTER:
So the night system has developed a bit for Dreamland. Here is a sneak peak video of nights 5 and the max mode. It might have some spoiler characters but I don't care. Have fun because this game is fun to develop. Though the Ai is complex and crap.
I swore to myself I wouldn’t post anything to avoid spoiling the new gameplay… but here’s a small sneak peek, the most exciting feature yet: your character’s legs move when you turn
Bad news. Long story short the camera system constantly crashed the game and I was unable to get it to work. I am currently remaking the game in 3D and changing some of the mechanics to fit with the change. Though progress is going faster than before.
I finally put a couple of models into the game now. And all of the bugs related to the AI is gone. I also updated the page with new info and teaser images. I will try to get the characters visible and to move. After that I will gradually make touch ups.
I am making a FNAF TCG
Finally after 8 months I have a workable office, menu, and gameplay. Here is a sneak peak of it. The actual models for the characters aren't here yet but once the AI's work without problems, I will do it. The custom night menu works well too. YIPPIE!!!
