At least it's happening on the back and not the front of the console.
Right now, I have my Switch completely turned off. Just to prevent it from getting worse.
I have three options:
I send it to Nintendo to fix it, but I'll have to wait awhile.
Get it fixed at a mom and pop video game shop in my area.
Fix it myself.
I'm thinking about fixing it myself. There are tutorials that show you how to properly replace Switch batteries. I've already done some research on which battery brand is a good alternative for the Switch battery and the tool kit I need to get it open.
Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to wait a little bit longer. Need to save some money. So, in the meantime, I'll be checking out more tutorials and see what else I can do.
