Because if it's at 100, the song will be too quiet when the volume is brought dow but if it's too low , the the music will be really loud. I usually did it at wichever volume my pc was kept at the time, wich im preeeetty sure is bad. any tips?

Uh bad News, my pc has been dead for a while now ,

Lucklly i had backup files on my pen drive so only minimal updates were lost.
So pro tip: ALWAYS have a backup of your stuff.
