With the Ice blocks done I can now introduce the new enemy type. Stationary rotating eyeballs!! They are a massive pain to avoid. Especially in a level I'm designing with many of them!
I just finished coding in the new movement mechanic. Instead of me using the Axis for movement, I now have an acceleration and deceleration method to control movement. If you aren't afraid of dying loads, come give it a try!!
New update!! Game has also been made free but will always be a version behind the paid version over on http://Itch.IO. So if you have an interest in dying a lot and playing a deadly 2D platformer, come give it a try! https://legingergamer.itch.io/a-slimes-adventure

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.
