Balancing Changes
-Plushie characters now appear at a random hour between 2am-4am and not chosen at 1am, 3am, or 5am.
-Slightly adjusted Agent 8's placement on the cameras to make plushie characters easier to see.
Hard Mode
-Peach needs to be shined a little less (2s to 1.5s).

I know I said that I need to be productive again but I just started playing PVZ Fusion couple days ago and I'm hooked sorry guys.
