We got a lot of responses, definitely more than we expected! (1), so we're quite glad to have the opportunity to answer your inquiries and clear things up!

1. What kind of atmosphere will the game have?
   
   In general, we're going for a feeling similar to Undertale's (we *are* a prequel fangame, after all). But our central theme is everything Film Noir, more in some places than others, of course!

2. How many new areas will there be?
   
   If you mean in-story, then none compared to the original game, but gameplay and visuals-wise, all of them! Here's a handy list comparing our "new" areas and their Undertale counterparts.
   
   Deep Ruins : Ruins
   Snowdin Peaks: Snowdin
   Starfall Basin : Waterfall
   New Home : New Home (In UT it was Asgore's palace!)
   CORE Buildsite: Hotland
   Inner CORE: The CORE

3. Will Toriel see the human another time?
   
   Now, we're not quite sure what this means. But assuming it's asking if "Toriel will see the human more than once" then no. She won't.

4. Is Redex going to be in the game?
   
   For context, "Redex" was a fan-submitted monster. We're sorry to say that no, they won't. The theme is too far off from any ideas we could develop from it. Sorry.

5. Is Martlet going to be in??
   
   No! Despite taking some inspiration here and there with Undertale Yellow, we are in no way trying to replicate it nor make "our own UTY". UTO is its own thing. But we assure you that we have a lot of characters in-store that we hope you'll love!
