I've been thinking a lot about this and I come to the conclusion that the best for me would be to release small games. Short experiences like One Night at Flumpty's. In this way I won't be stuck in the development hell and I can also do more game dev videos.
So, the upcoming projects for this year will be:
The Last Shift (Improved Version)
The Diner (One Month Challenge)
FNAF: Evolution Remastered (later this year)
And maybe, JUST MAYBE, the Foxy Update for Abandoned Fazbear Diner
