Changelog:
tech buildings only unlock new stuff in the following turn after fully built
added idle animation for land units
air units can now pass over land/sea units
added nuclear missile silo! takes 6 turns to arm, can attack anywhere on the map for huge area damage
fixed a bug related to infantry capturing building
added basic A.I. opponents for offline play
