Hey everyone :) Development has been kinda slow after the new year but I’ve finally gotten som work done on the game. I think the pace will pick up quite a bit from here so expect more frequent updates.
Shortened the timer that reverts snow tiles to their not-stepped-on state
Increased the volume of snow being stepped on
Centered the origin of some objects that were causing problems
Repositioned some powerups that were previously not accessible
Added a sound for swapping between weapons

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
