patch notes:
Changed 340 and 360 to not be impossible to counter when Blind appears.
Changed Iye's death tip text to clarify mechanics.
Made One Eye, Iye, and 340 jumpscare upon entering a door, not upon clicking it.
Made Mimic only jumpscare after moving it.
Made Blind visually appear when it is there.
