The static effect is no longer destroyed on the night start screen if you have the static effect turned off.
I found out about that when watching @JPGZeckker 
's video of Holly Jolly Nightmare. This doesn't affect gameplay (it's very minor), but I decided to fix this anyways.
And I still see some people on YouTube playing on v1.0, I wonder why they don't bother updating the game...
