- Small powerup bug fixes

- Moved where the notifications are in the Office

- If a player dies now you get notified who killed them.

Server:

- Internal changes

- Disabled debug mode (again lol)

*There is still a internal variable to chose whether to use client-e night hour calculation or server-side. For now it's hardcoded to server-side.
