Update 2.0.1 & Tutorial


First bug fix update:

  • Allow UI do display when Time.timeScale is set to 0

  • Automatically create EventSystem if there is none

  • Prevent user to be unauthenticated if he signed in with his name with a different case as what is stored in GameJolt database.

Thanks to Gosh Darn Games and sebasRez for reporting issues and providing useful information.

I’ve also updated the tutorial with scores, sessions, data store and notifications and I’m currently working on a video tutorial.

Finally, I wasn’t expecting this to happen that quickly but Simplify already implemented the Unity API v2 in his game Box Lander.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Why walk when you can jump?
