Added more efficient way to get tokens
Some QOF changes
Optimization changes
Now using DX11
There is also some other changes but they're fairly small.

I know I said my plan was to do an update for this game, but that update may remain abandoned.
It's a shame because we had stuff going for it but I don't have time to work on it anymore.
Think I can confidently say Ramiz II will be my last fangame.
