Added a couple image effect updates to the game, also fixed the resolution issue (make sure if you install to set the resolution to 640x400 if it doesn’t automatically do this)

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
