After a month, a lot of progress has been made on the concept. I have decided to go with Godot for this project, as well as use Blender for all my assets. That means that all the renders that were going to be there will be replaced with more superior models and rooms but the basic story, and gameplay elements will stay the same

I made the first (TEST) version of the office it may change to fit gamplay but for now this is my base for developing game mechanics the games visuals will be developed after i get my new pc fornow this is a proof of concept.
