Hi! About time I got this one out huh?
Took a while to finish up this patch for a few reasons, mainly the flu and some demotivation hitting through January (I'm all good now and also Mario Kart World grind has been real). After much testing, I'm pretty confident in this being the current definitive build for this game now! :D
...Okay there may still be bugfixes that pop up but like that's what v1.3.2 is for. Feature wise, though, this has everything that has been requested and tuned from v1.3.0, and more importantly has been optimized extremely thoroughly. That new file size will definitely give you an idea how much was done over the course of the month. Huge thank you to @RainbowHype 
for the help on this, it was definitely worth it and I appreciate it a ton!
Anyways, since the list of fixes and changes are pretty long and definitely not worth tossing into this news post, I'll leave it as a link.
The more keen eyed people may notice that you can now play PERFECT CACOPHONY with its maximum buff for the whole night...and further beyond. This was a measure to ensure that the community dubbed "ETERNAL PERFECT CACOPHONY" could not be placed on the recently updated community Max Mode List (which is pretty awesome by the way you all should check it out if you haven't already). I felt personally that EPC wasn't all that different and special compared to PC and it didn't feel right to have it as a separate listing on the list. Hence why the maximum multiplier you can play on has been increased so it is no longer the limit of the debug mode.
...Listen all I'm saying is certain playtesters have already gotten a surprisingly good time on EPC x4.0 Mult and you all are wild but also god speed.
It's also worth mentioning that as of a couple of days ago, PERFECT CACOPHONY got its second victor! Shoutouts to @Mirlie 
for reaching the end of the perfect road and achieving True Perfection! There seem to be more victors to come so maybe I should find some way to immortalize them on this page in some way.
ANYWAYS, with this finally out of the way, I'm actually not quite done with posts for today! I have one other thing I'm gonna announce in just a moment that I think is pretty cool.
