Fixed a couple of audio bugs, added a couple more sounds into the game also.
You can now rescue the rare humans that spawn for additional points as well as recieve notices when resucing them and attaining an extra life via score.
Tomorrow should bring some other updates, probably small ones such as U,D,L,R,B,A,START codes for a lives select more in-game explanatio regarding how to play and possibly brains if there’s space in the 3kb of ROM still available to me!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
