Updater! Yay

A friend of mine made a small updater program, which can be easily integrated with any kind of Windows game. So I tried it out, and I liked it. It’s simple yet pretty extensible. So I’m using this for this game.

I know that there is quite some time left for a demo here, but let me inform you that download will be available either as the full download, and the updater as another option.

You will of course be able to download the updater later (it will not be included on the full download), put it on the game’s folder, and update normally.

This is how the updater looks. The changelog is a small webpage. I’ve been some minutes dusting my HTML abilities, but I think it looks fine.

Anyway, back to working on the actual game. I still hope having a demo released this year. Let’s see how well this gets done.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
