-Buffed power drain back to it's original state.
-Nerfed power drain on aggressive.
Uhhh... that's kind of it. Didn't want to change too much without getting opinions first.

-Reworked Shadow Rat to be "easier" (hitboxes had to be changed as it was impossible without laser pointer...)
-Fixed RNG for real this time.
-Reverted I'm Feeling Lucky's hitbox sizes.
-Added Blacklight, Monster Rat only, Silent jumpscares, & the
