Hello, this is a post that will explain those three things in the title.
v1.1.0 Progress
v1.1.0 is going alright, the first beta of it had nearly no gameplay bugs, just some minor bugs that I have fixed by now.
Some of the graphics are getting done, albeit a bit slower than I like but we're getting there.
We also have a couple other things for v1.1.0 that we would like to show, but not right now.
If you have been in my Discord server, I have shown off a few of the characters.
What will happen to the Initial Release?
When v1.1.0 is uploaded, the initial release will be its own separate package with its own patches and everything. Any changes to the initial release will be put into upcoming updates of the new updated releases.
Max Mode
Some people have got progress on the max mode (or 69/20, whatever, I'll give it a name eventually), whether it would be straight playing it or building up to it.
When I originally planned out the game, I wanted the max mode to be at least possible, especially when I do want it to be possible to some degree in the initial release.
For versions v1.1.0 and beyond, that won't be the case anymore. Simply because by the time we have at least 100+ characters, there won't be a good way to balance 100+ characters, it's just not in my skillset.
What we can do is give nerfs to the original characters in the initial release to make it possible, even if it is going to be extremely hard, if not the hardest challenge in a FNaW fangame.
Shout out to @Jack_o_Trap_Studi0s for being able to build up to a hard roster and @Dperk for being able to reach 1 AM in 69/20.
