-Removed a short delay between getting caught by Money Bags in Normal Mode and the player's respawn to retain the pace of the game a little better.
-GoToJail will no longer be heard in the background when captured by Money Bags.
-Changed the appearance of the "How to Play" menu to better differentiate between the Normal Mode and Hard Mode buttons.
-Added a "Back" button to the "How to Play" menu.
-The title of the game is now in ALL CAPS because I'm digging the aesthetic much more.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
