Changes
- Slightly reduce the sound increase in hard difficulty.
- The sound meter function has slightly changed: it no longer increases the sound during the chase.
Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the player is unable to move left or right while flying after performing a spindash.
- Fixed the new mechanic not working properly.
- Fixed a bug where FlyTimer doesn't reset to 0 properly, causing Tails to not fly.

So some good news: The level layout is complete. It's now in the process of being decorated and having the items in place.
