v1.13.9 - <insert witty title>

And that's how things are going, no ideas...good, bad, or otherwise.

I've gotten no complaints...a little encouragement...found a slew of dumb errors I found while recording (of course...) and a little bit of new info.


Bugs:

-I neglected to have defeating the Lv5+ boss in Sim City turn ON the switch that allows difficulty 0 to be set...sorry.

-hazen476 should have been on the gamejolt side of the player contributions board in 1.13.7...I thought about it right after I got it uploaded both times.

-Blake main recruiting Kali didn't have an "Exit Event Processing" and would proceed to play the normal quest dialog after leaving to the market...

-Map of Vale-Patch Bridge: the dialog about the rowboat said "(top-right)" instead of "(top-left)"...northwest was correct though.

-Weapons in Blood Gulch as a Blue displayed the wrong elites in the "Exception:"...this happened because I copy>paste them when I make changes and forgot that bit was on there...weapons now display the exceptions for both sides regardless of which side you're currently on (conveniently fixing the problem in advance when next I modify something).

-If you "die" in Blood Gulch while you're out of ammo, your current weapon will have infinite ammo...enjoy that, because I can't fix it without adding a plugin that completely changes how states work...big pain in the A for a little glitch.

-Many of the "Skills" attached to Blood Gulch weapons had no description...now they do.

-Native B-Siders' character slot could be changed/cleared.

-Sarah's dialogue about non-main characters being removed had not been updated for the storage/return system.

Models:

-"Felina"'s bikini is now black instead of grey and has a bit more fabric to it (2 pixels across the center instead of 1).

-The cats in B-Side now use the re-colored cat models (and each one uses a different one).

Team CFVY (as per new info via wikipedia and/or @watdakstomp ):

-Coco's semblance (Hype) added. Check event added in Vale.

--Coco's Minigun (now named "Gianduja", correct me if that's wrong) rebalanced (from dust attack of 30 to 0, ranged attack of the generic Minigun also lowered to 0).

--Energy cost of the full clip attack attached to miniguns lowered from 150 to 50 and attack power cut in half (a net gain in efficiency).

-Fox's semblance (Telepathy) added. Check event added in Vale.

--Locked in, "Precision Strike" and resistance to vision based effects moved to semblance, increased hit rate and evasion moved from enhancer to semblance, and he no longer starts with an enhancer.

-Yatshuhashi's semblance (Amnesia Touch) added. Check event added in Vale.

--Several things protect from the amnesia effect...full-body armors (no place to make a good connection), the "Bliss" semblance (because it blocks EVERYTHING else), the "Smart A.I." tech (I've set it to blank out friend vs foe...the extra A.I. doesn't get affected and can still make that decision), the various shield effects, Stonewall, and a photographic memory (Olivia).
