Added 0th Prize to the game!! (When touching something, it will get stuck on 0th Prize until slowly it gets through it, he will only spawn in F3 inside the closet)

If a button spawn inside a room, it will have a chance to spawn INSIDE the room, or outside (that means it will only show up while you're inside the room)
ChalkBoards will now spawn in random spots on the classroom instead of the corner
Posters and other walls decorations will (also) have a chance to spawn INSIDE the room, or outside (if you're inside the room, the decoration appears, otherwise, it don't)
Small tweaks with NPC behavior on following player

Reverted a change that made elevators able to spawn in long hallways even if they are marked to spawn in different spots

If using Principal's Whistle while he is not active (due to you being too close to the it's spawn), he would still know the position of it when spawning
Chalkes, Bully and Gotta Sweep wasn't force spawning when the game started (like Baldi does)
Fixed NPC pathfinding player in one-way swingdoors (they were thinking the right way was the wrong one)
There was a small delay everytime you jumped, and also you could just hold space to jump, now you have to press every time
Fixed NPC position being 1 frame ahead of the player's camera (giving the illusion the NPCs were some pixels ahead of their actual position)
Mystery Doors weren't marked as walls for NPCs, they would just try to get in and get stuck
The Fog Clouds were still showing up inside the YCTP
