Wall Power Up: Added 1 second of slow motion when picked up, making it easier to place the first wall sections.
Sleeper: Reduced speed from 5.0 to 3.0
Changed the Power Up spawning intervals slightly, the player should see more Power Ups now.
Added small visual effects to Power Ups when spawned.
