Obviously, beat the Good Ending of the base game (by winning remotes from each of the Fun with Neru minigames)
Then make sure you've already beaten Night 1 of FNAW 1 before heading to the Extras and then the Lock-On Menu, the game utilizes Lock-On Technology for its Custom Night exclusive characters. Click on the Wario icon and bam, he's in!
