One Night At Marx: Years of Fun (Lost Media Search)

We have contacted the original creator of YOF and we decided to do a Q&A about his long lost game and himself....

Q: What did you go by on scratch back then?

A: I went by "TheScratchGamerMakerMan". Long name Ik

Q: What made you wanna use 3D models for the game?

A: I wanted to stand out from the other fangames made there as I got sick and tired of seeing god awful scratch vectors all the time.

Q: Speaking of models, do you still have them?

A:Yes, I still have them on a old hardrive, I have 11 of them though. So its gonna take a while to fully find them, and if you are wondering if they are in a whole folder. Yes, I remember making a huge folder for them. And if you want you and GamerGuy can release them, I will have no problem with that

Q: Was there ever plans to make a second minigame in YOF, GamerGuy said that it was part of the Mandela Effect and thus never existed.

A: Yes, I was gonna make a second minigame in YOF, but I scrapped it because I wanted to turn it into a surprise. That surprise would become a teaser for the scrapped sequel, and I believe that its what cause so many people to misremember about the non-existent second minigame in YOF.

Last Question from MrGamerGuy100: Do you still have the SB3 files for YOF and the Teaser Game? We have been looking for it so much that we need to know from you.

A: I don't remember, I don't know if I downloaded all of my projects after they came out. My memory is kind of fady on it. But I remember a friend of mine that I'm very close with may have downloaded both of them on his old Chromebook. He's on vacation though and won't come back until June 1st of this year. I'll ask him once he is back, lets all hope we can recover this long lost game once and for all!

Last words from the YOF Creator:

But 2 things I have recovered are these 2 renders of the characters that would of been part of YOF 2, They are Broken Yellow Marx and Broken Prototype Marx.

From what I can recall, the story would of been played out like this

After Marx Land opened, you would be assigned another task to look over the building where the broken animatronics are.

After being broken and scrapped, they have grown angry and would try to kill you again. Throughout the game would would find out many secrets on how the Yellow one cannot move on and why you saw the other animatronics move in YOF 1, you find out that 2 more lost their lives by the killer.

I recall that I would of planned out the ending like this.

there would be a 3rd extra night where you would face of with the killer along with the rest of the other animatronics. He would be killed of by being stuffed in a Marx head with animatronic endoskeleton parts still in it by his victims aka the Animatronics, but the animatronics would realize that they need to be freed by a trusted one, the trusted person is you.....

That will be it for the Q&A from the Creator of YOF, tbh this was a bombshell of a Q&A because we have learned so many thing about him and YOF as a whole, if you have any questions for him, type them in the comments. He is available to answer all of em!
