Maple Scull, secondary character in indie game Clover Soup, got stabbed in the forehead by his alleged nemesis Odin “Unfunni” Shiver Woods this morning at a local Tim Horton’s.
Unfunni has been arrested and will be sentenced next week. Our main reporter Baglette Marin visited Maple’s close friends and family had the following to say.
Clover Aveline - “Maple was a great friend. Super silly too! Mostly silly.”
Rookie Bedeau - “Even hearing that he died was kind of scary - just shows that anything can happen to anyone nowadays.”
Kumo Saito - “Maple was always there for me… when the little guy wasn’t sleeping. I miss him already…"
Unfunni is likely to be sentenced to jail for 35+ years for first degree murder and the assault & injury of multiple civilians. Scull's death has also led to the cancellation of indie game Clover Soup - highly anticipated by a grand total of two people. Stay tuned for more.
